Users can log in to HosPortal using either an email address or some other username that they set.
Because HosPortal allows users to have different contact emails for receiving emails from different sites, the login email can be set independently and can even be none of the site-specific emails.
To amend the login credentials, go to your Account settings by clicking on your name at the top-right of the screen (A).
Under the Account settings (B) click Edit (C) and then amend the login username (D) or login email (E). Click save.
