How to Upload a New Document

The Documents module provides a central and secure location for storing organisational files, such as rostering policies, clinical guidelines, and training materials. Use this guide to easily upload a new document to any folder.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Upload a Document

  1. Click Documents in the left navigation menu.

  2. On the Documents page, select the Folders tab and click the folder where you want to store the file.

  3. Click the Add file button in the top-right corner.

  4. In the Add file dialog box, upload your file using one of two methods:

  • Drag and drop – drag the file from your file explorer into the dotted upload area

  • Browse – click Upload files to open your file browser and select the document

  1. Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%.

  2. Click Done.

The document will appear in the folder list.
