Creating Multiple Ad-hoc Slots

Add one-off shifts across multiple dates or rosters simultaneously without changing the underlying template.

The Multi-Ad-hoc tool allows administrators to create one-off shifts across multiple dates or rosters at the same time, without modifying the underlying roster template.

Step-by-step instructions

Create multiple ad-hoc slots

1. From the main dashboard, navigate to the required Roster Group.

2. Click Edit (top right of the roster group view).

The Edit button appears at the top right of the roster group view.

3. Click Actions to open the administrative dropdown menu.

4. Select Multi-select.

Select Multi-select from the Actions dropdown.

5. Click the required shifts or dates to select them. A blue border appears around each selected shift.

6. Click Bulk Edit in the floating action menu at the top right of the screen.

Selected shifts are highlighted with a blue border. Click Bulk Edit to proceed.

7. Select Add Ad Hoc slots from the pop-up list.

8. Select the Role (mandatory). If required, select specific Skills or Teams from the dropdown menus.

9. Click Save to generate the new slots.
