The Direct Message page lets you send messages and track their delivery status.
When to Use This
• Send messages to HosPortal users.
• Send messages to people who do not have a HosPortal account.
• Track the delivery status of messages you have sent.
• Send messages by email, SMS, or both — if your HosPortal administrator has granted you access rights to do so.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Track Sent Messages
Open the Direct Message page from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click the Track button in the top-right corner of the page.
Review the tracking details for each message sent. For each message, the following details are shown:
• The medium used (email or SMS).
• A copy of the message.
• Who the message was sent to.
• The delivery status.
Note: Where available, check whether the message was opened.
