How to hide a user's email and mobile number from other staff members viewing rosters, while keeping the details accessible to administrators.

When to use this

  • A staff member's contact details need to be hidden from other staff viewing the roster

  • The user must remain active in the system

  • This setting applies per user and must be configured individually on each user's profile

Step-by-step instructions

Enable Hide Email and Hide Mobile

  1. Click Staff in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select the relevant user from the Staff list.

  3. Confirm you are on the Profile tab. The profile displays the current Hide Email and Hide Mobile status.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and click Edit.

  5. Click the Hide Email toggle to enable it. The toggle turns blue when enabled.

  6. Click the Hide Mobile toggle to enable it. The toggle turns blue when enabled.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Confirm that a User profile updated confirmation message appears.

Related settings or dependencies

  • Administrator access – when Hide Email and Hide Mobile are enabled, the email and mobile number remain visible to administrators but are hidden from other staff members viewing the roster.
