Information Hubs are managed from your site's administration page. Open the admin menu from the left navigation bar, and search for Information Hubs. This opens the Hub Settings screen, which lists every hub on your site and is the starting point for creating and editing hubs.
Building and editing hubs requires site administrator permissions. If you can't see the Hub settings option, ask one of your site administrators to grant you access.
