Header pages

How to use header pages to group and label other pages.

Written by Chris Jones

A Header page isn't a content page in its own right – it acts as a heading within a chapter's column to group the pages beneath it. For example, a chapter might use header pages such as “Admission Process” and “Pain relief” to organise related pages under clear labels.

Header pages make long chapters far easier to scan. Add them at the top of a group of related pages so readers can find the right area at a glance.
