Pages are added from inside the hub itself, not from the Hub Settings page. The Hub Settings area is where you create and set up hubs, sections and chapters – but the individual pages that hold your content are added by opening the hub and working within the chapter where you want the page to appear.
To add a page, open the hub from left navigation bar and go to the chapter you want. In the column where the page should sit, click a Click to add page slot. This opens the New Page screen.
