When a supervision rule applies to someone, a small eye icon appears next to their name on the roster.
Grey eye — a supervisor is assigned; supervision is covered.
Red eye — no supervisor is assigned yet. Hovering shows "Needs to be supervised".
Click into the shift to open it and assign a supervisor — see Assigning or changing a supervisor on a shift.
