HosPortal lets you keep a managed list of contacts who do not have a HosPortal login — for example HR or Finance staff you send exported files to, or people to notify when there are gaps in the roster.
Phone book profiles: manage the names and contact details in the phone book, and define where those contacts can be used.
Phone book tags: create and manage tags to make it easier to filter and sort many phone book entries.
Scheduled exports: define copies of rosters to be sent on a schedule — the format, the sending schedule, and the recipients. (This is what used to be HosPortal's 'Notifications' function.)
