Shift market rules must be allowed to enable gifting and swapping of shifts. Only a site admin can enable this rule.
Click on Admin (A) then click on Shift Market Rules (B).
2. Click Add (C).
3. In the shift market rule window, make sure to choose 'Shifts are allowed to be placed on the market' (D).
In the conditions, choose the roster from the drop-down list and tick swap and gift (E).
The bounty feature allows you to put a note and a value before swapping or gifting a shift.
Don't forget to Save (F).
