As a site admin, you can prepare their staff by sending rosters ahead of time with scheduled reports that can be sent in a PDF or spreadsheet format with a customisable layout.
The steps are simple to set it up:
Click on Admin then Scheduled Export (A).
2. Click Add to key in a new export (B).
3. There are several options to set in the scheduled exports
It is a good idea to play around with this feature to generate a report that is meaningful to the recipients.
Info
Name - This is the name of the scheduled report
Description - It is optional to describe what the report is all about.
Type - Shifts, Leaves, and Events are the options to choose from.
Dates
Start Date - Indicate the date that the report will begin sending the report
Send every - It indicates the frequency of how the reports will be delivered
At - Time of the day to send the report
For the - The range of schedules that the report contains
