Manage the access control settings for folders, move folders and files

Once you have a folder created, you view who has access to that folder and edit it.

View Folder

  1. Click on the folder name in the Documents menu;

  2. Click on the Edit button to go to the edit mode;

  3. You can view who has access View, Edit or Admin type access to this folder;

Edit Folder

  1. When you click edit, this window will pop up. Here you can edit the name of the folder;

  2. You can make changes to the access settings of users here;

  3. Click Save to apply the new settings;

The changes will be applied upon saving and when the users visit the Documents menu the next time, they will be able to view only the folders that they have been given access to.

Note: If you need to pin a folder to the top, click on the three dots next to the folder name in the folders list view and click on "Pin to top"

Move Folder

You can move a folder to another folder as a subfolder and move all the files with it.

  1. Select the folder that you need to move;

  2. Click on this button;

  3. Select the new folder in this popup window;

  4. Click save to move the folder and its contents to the new destination;

View, Download and Move Files

  1. When you click on a file name, the file will open in a new tab in the browser;

  2. Click here to download a file;

  3. Click on the three dots to open the sub menu. You can add a description for the file here;

  4. Click here to move the file to a different folder. The process is similar to moving folders explained above;

  5. Click here to delete the file;
