Admin Shift Alerts

Create and manage alerts when changes are made to a shift.

  1. In the Admin -> Rosters menu, you will find the "Admin Shift Alerts" setting. This page will list all the alerts configured when any changes are made to the shifts. You can use the filters in the top bar to filter and find the settings;

  2. You may also edit an admin shift alert setting through this edit button;

  3. You may also add a new setting through this button. See a short video below on how to add a new admin shift alert to be triggered based on the conditions that are to be met:

You may also send alerts via email, SMS or both to other administrators or users in a particular role or to a set of users when any of the alert rules are triggered
