No emails received when resetting a password - never created a password

Its possible you can't login because you've never created a password at all. HosPortal does not use passwords of your hospital network. Check your email if you received a registration invite.

Have you registered and chosen a password?

To use HosPortal, you must first receive an invitation by email. It looks like this:

This email includes a link to choose a password and log in. If you've never chosen a password, you can never log in. If you haven't received an invitation, you need to talk to an administrator at your hospital.
