Creating skills
To define the range of skills available at your facility, navigate to Admin > Skills. Click Add (A). Put in the name and the role associated with this skill such as Cardio skills for Consultants (B). Multiple roles can be selected for a specific skill.
Applying skills to individuals
Once skills have been defined for each role, a site admin can now apply the skills to each individual.
Navigate to the user's profile and click on 'Roles/Skills/Teams' (C). Then 'Add Skill' (D).
Select the skills that this user has (E), and click 'Save'. Do this for each individual separately.
Note: You will only see the list of skills that this user is eligible to have. If you do not see the skills you anticipate, check point (2) above.
