Steps to Show Phone Numbers on the Roster
Navigate to the Roster page on the left hand side navigation.
Click the cogwheel⚙️ button on the left-hand side of the page. This will reveal a sidebar with various options to customise your view.
Scroll down to the User display section and click Show to expand the options.
Click the toggle next to Show phone number.
Click the Save view and update other information button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, indicating that this change affects other users. To proceed, click OK.
The phone numbers will now be visible on the roster page.
