Feature Summary
The Dashboard is the main landing page, showing your shifts, messages, and a calendar of all your activities.
When to Use This
To view shifts your roster administrators have flagged for all users to see.
To view a colour-coded calendar of all your activities.
To check shifts pending approval, if your facility uses shift approval rules.
Key Features
Main menu
Located on the left-hand side.
Collapsible to save screen space.
Each roster group has its own menu item (e.g. separate entries for on-call shifts and clinical allocations).
Shifts of Today panel
Shows only the shifts your roster administrators have chosen to display on the Dashboard.
This is typically a subset of all rosters. Full rosters are accessible via the roster group menu.
Activity calendar: Displays a colour-coded list of all your activities. Standard colours across HosPortal:

Note: Your facility may use its own colour codes for different roster groups.
