The roster view page allows you to customise, filter, and save how rosters and shifts are displayed.

Key Features
Saved views
You and your roster administrators can create, name, and save different views.
Saved views can be reordered and selected from the view dropdown.
Highlight button
Helps you locate your own shifts on the roster.
Some highlight options (e.g. show conflicts) require administrative rights.
Customise view menu
Options available in the customise menu:
Filter by roster, role, and location — including by role and roster tags. You can control which locations are shown and their order in each view.
Layout — set the layout based on location or roster.
Shift information — choose what details to display on each shift.
User information — choose what to display for staffed users, including full name, role, and phone number. Users can be hidden entirely if you only need to see shift labels.
Save changes — save your customised view for future use via the view dropdown.
