The Direct Message page allows you to send SMS and/or email messages to colleagues and track delivery and read status.
When to Use This
To contact colleagues directly via SMS or email from within HosPortal.
To send messages to staff on a specific roster or roster group on a specific day.
To contact people who are not HosPortal users.
Note: Depending on your permissions, you may only be able to send email, not SMS.
