[For Admins] Reviewing and approving timesheet changes

How to review submitted timesheets and approve or decline staff changes.

When staff submit their timesheets, an administrator reviews them, approves or declines the changes staff have made, and makes any corrections before the timesheet is finalised.

Open Timesheets from the main menu. As an admin you can switch between Your timesheets and All timesheets, and filter the list by Select pay period, Select user and Select status (Draft, Submitted, Approved, Paid, Voided). Tick has pending items to find timesheets that still need review.

Click View to open a submitted timesheet. The Adjustment summary shows how many adjustments, adhoc breaks and callbacks are awaiting approval.

Open each pending item to Approve or Decline it; you can also Edit or Delete it. To clear everything at once, use Approve all.

You can also make your own changes — admin adjustments are approved automatically. If a timesheet needs more work from the staff member, use Convert to draft to send it back to them to edit and resubmit.

A timesheet can't be approved while it still has pending items — resolve them all first.
