If your facility has enabled the shift market, shifts that are on the market will appear both on your Dashboard and on the market page.

To take one of the shifts on the market, simply click on it and press "Take".

In the case of a swap, you may have more than one shift that could swap with the shift on the market – chose the shift you want to swap with.

Once the shift is confirmed, you and the owner of the shift will both receive a confirmation email, including any information about a bounty.
