Short Answer
This probably means you are not using the correct email on your account to request a new password.
Ask your site administrator to check what your login email is on your profile. It might be different to your profile email.
Workaround
You can login and change your password using your mobile number.
Longer Answer
Your ACCOUNT email (not attached to any site on HosPortal) may be different to your PROFILE email (associated with a particular site). Your account email (and mobile) are used for logging in.
If you registered in the past with one email, but someone has created a new role at a hospital with a different email, your account will still be associated with that old email.
That is the email you need to use to request a new password and receive the reset password link.
Note that you can also reset your password using your mobile number, and login with your mobile number if its attached to your account.
