A flexible and comprehensive reporting method has been introduced for generating Assignment. To access the reporting feature, go to Admin > Roster reports > Assignment.

Assignment reports are similar to shift reports but are more granular. This type of report provides almost any information about each slot/assignment within a shift, offering detailed insights into individual assignments.

Default Assignment Reports

There are five types of default system assignment reports pre-configured and saved for your site:

  • rawAssignments: Each row has information about a slot, which includes the start and end time, the person doing the assignment, their role, and any other relevant information.

  • rawHistory: Includes historical information about any change that happened at an assignment level.

  • rawTemplates: Each row includes information about user templates.

  • rawVacantAssignments: Includes information about vacant assignments.

  • vacantTemplates: Includes information about vacant templates at the assignment level.
