Changing the view settings

Several view settings can be set up by your site admin to make sure that you can access the rosters that you have permission to view.

In this generic sample, the name of the activity-based roster group is called 'On Call'. In some organisations, this can be 'Roster' or 'Call'

  1. Click on the name of the activity-based roster (On-Call).

  2. Click on the drop-down list to choose the appropriate view settings.

Managing view settings

  1. Click on On-Call (or another activity-based roster).

  2. Click on the drop-down menu

  3. Choose Manage Views

Another window will open. Click Add View.

In the next window, there will be some options to create your own view settings that will be saved as your personal view. It means that other staff will not have access to your own settings.

Customising your own view settings gives you the freedom to filter out rosters that you only wish to see.

It is mandatory to name this view setting before you can save the changes.
