HosPortal stores information about users on their "Site Profile". The profile has standard fields such as email and mobile number, but you can add any number of custom fields as well.
These are the steps to add custom profile information fields that allows site administrators to tailor user profiles to meet their needs.
Navigate to Profile Information Settings by clicking on Admin, then Profile Information Settings (A).
2. Click the Add button (B).
3. Fill out the two mandatory fields:
Name: This is the label or title of the field, i.e. Certification Number, AHPRA Number, etc.
Apply to roles: Select which user roles this field should apply to.
Enabling the field "Only visible for admin" will enable the option to hide this field from other users and will only be visible to site administrators. This is useful for sensitive or internal-use-only data.
